The Danish Egmont Group is one of the large Scandinavian media groups (Egmont includes Nordisk Film, TV 2 Norway, among others), which has recently also developed into an online and education group. In Scandinavia, Great Britain and Germany (here through its subsidiary Egmont-Ehapa), Egmont is known primarily for publishing children's and youth magazines based on licenses for the most famous Disney characters.
